Avoiding Processed Foods:

A Non-Negotiable Processed foods, laden with trans-saturated fats, simple sugars, and industrial fructose, are toxic to our bodies. These ingredients not only attack vital organs like the liver and kidneys but also accelerate the ageing process, both in terms of appearance and overall health. Dr. Atkins' celebrated low-carb, high-fat diet serves as a cautionary tale, highlighting the risks of extreme dietary approaches. Regardless of our goals, prioritising quality over quantity ensures we nourish our bodies effectively. In conclusion, the choices we make regarding our diet significantly impact our health and fitness journey.
